I cannot find where to change the default e-mail on my iPhone 6, iOS 12.0
There is no longer a category Settings/mail/contacts/calendar
I have looked at Settings/mail

There is no option to change my default email
What am i missing?

On my phone in iOS 12.1, the setting is all the way at the bottom in Settings > Mail > "Default Account >".

Strangely, on my 6s (12.1) there's no "default account" under Settings>Mail, but accounts can be specified in Settings>Passwords & Accounts.
On my iPad, which is running 12.0.1, I am missing the option as well - it should be under Settings>Mail, all the way at the bottom.
I'm going to update to 12.1 and see if it reappears. I suspect it's a bug.
