Family sharing works for TV shows but not movies

I just had a quick call with iTunes team, and they confirmed that the issue has been solved since yesterday. It was apparently a technical error with iOS 12.1. I now have access to all family purchases.

Same here. I can sign in using the main sharer’s ID and see all her purchased movies but I can’t use my ID and see her shared movies. Seems like it may be a global issue if we r all experiencing this

I'm having the same issue and there must be at least another dozen people on here reported the same issue .. a little surprised Apple haven't released an update or advised how to fix.

I have exactly the same problem. On the AppleTV, I can view the apps purchased by the other family members, but all the movie content is gone. And when I check it on the iPad, I have access to all the content without any restrictions or missing things.

Already got in contact with Apple team, they have been very friendly to me, and checking every bug that might have caused it, but no official explanation has been given.

Same here. And not only on Apple TV 4K, on my iOS device I can’t see Family shared movies, only TV shows and apps. Looks like a global bug.
