macOS' San Francisco fonts are in the /System/Library/Fonts/ folder. They all start with "SF". There are now 79 in Mojave.

San Francisco became the default font in iOS in the version that appeared before its first use in macOS. For the sake of a consistent look, iOS and macOS now both use it.

You can't see how many SF fonts iOS uses. The OS is completely hidden and locked away from the user's view.

1. Pretty sure with the default font

1.1: 198 Libary Fonts + around 130 System Fonts (there are some config files as well in the folder) = 328 Fonts (sub Fonts included) If you need the number without subfonts I can give you the screenshots from the folders so you can count them yourself)

What about the iOS? do you have the data too?
