locked out of icloud no solution??? (Pictures included)

My iCloud is locked so when I go to the iforgot website I can get a email or answer security questions. It won’t let me look at my email it says “cannot get mail” and I have no clue what the answers are for the security questions (I was 11 when I made the account)
