How to check saved password on iPhone

How do I check my saved passwords on iPhone, I googled it already and found an answer


How to look up passwords


  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Under the General section, tap Passwords.
  4. Use Touch ID to sign in, or enter your four-digit code if you don't use Touch ID.
  5. Scroll down and tap the website name that you want the password for.
  6. Press and hold the password tab to copy it.


But when I tried it, I could not go past step 2 because there is no passwords under general when you click on Safari. So I need help, how do I view my stored passwords on iPhones?
