Upgrading Mac OS

I am trying to upgrade an Mac OS server to a more current OS. I don't really need the server.

It is a MacPRo5.1 Quad-core Intel Xeon. It is running Snow Leopard right now. Can I upgrade this machine to a newer OS?

iMac Pro, OS X Server, 10.6.8 also Snow Leopard
