update my apps, every time I try it comes up with my girlfriend ID, how do I change this

Update apps in App Store keeps reverting to an incorrect Apple ID. when trying to update my Apps it’s trying to connect to the wrong Apple ID. I can’t update my apps I have an Apple ID but I used someone’s ID to download some apps when I bought the phone. I have set everything up, when I want to update my apps, it requests for the previous ID and not mine. Where and how do I change that ID to mine?
