IPhone 7 Plus no sound in calls

I just recently started have a problem with my iPhone 7 Plus during phone calls. I can’t hear anything and neither can the person I’m talking to. Turning my phone off and back helps for about 20 minutes then it’s back to silence. Is there anyway I can fix this issue without paying hundreds of dollars?

If still unresolved then your device will need to be serviced.
