iPhone 6 Corrupted Update Repair

Some time ago, I attempted to update my iPhone 6 through iTunes on to iOS 10 (I believe). During the update - the process failed and corrupted my iPhone so I cannot longer use it. I cannot boot it up to the Home Screen, or anything.

The device was sufficiently charged at the time (~70%) and was constantly connected to the computer and iTunes. There was no power surge/failure or interruption to the process.

How can I reset, wipe and restore my iPhone please?
