Clapping my hands is setting off fall detection in Apple Watch series 4
Three different times clapping has set off fall detection on Apple Watch series 4. Had to tun it off.

watchOS 5.1.1 was released today, have you installed it? I think the release notes mentioned improvement to fall detection, so perhaps that might help.
