The sum amount of 7500 Rs was deducted from my account while finger scanning was taking place at another applications known as predictions + I need the money back In the account as I didnt want to purchase anything in the application
This would appear to be a deliberate scam. Apps cannot "scan your finger" for any purpose. The scanner is only used to unlock the device and approve purchases. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support to cancel any subscription that has been set up and the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ pages to request a refund and report the app for fraudulent behaviour.
