I was using site http://get.udid.io
It is working fine in my device before I update it to ios 12. but now I am getting an error message like as follows.
Anyone can please tell me why this is happening and suggest a solution for this.

You should not go to sites like this or install apps to read your info, this forum will help you.
Just connect to iTunes on your computer and tap your little iPhone icon (top left bar) then tap the serial number and it will show UDID, tap again for more info.
