DEP not syncing

For almost a month we are having issues with DEP syncing with AirWatch console. Looking at the logs, it shows profiles are not being applied. Trying to find some information on this. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

AirWatch automated enrollment via Apple Configurator 2 Before Catalina upgrade my iphone/ipad devices were being enrolled to AirWatch via Apple Configurator 2. But now it's failing to enroll, it says "Invalid Profile". I contacted AirWatch and they did their test and found out that it will only work on Apple Configurator 1. Is there a way to download Apple Configurator 1? or anyone know what may be causing this issue.

Syncing problems! Vey first world problems but noticed that I have done more than 12 hours standing and only reads 9/12 hours. Really wanted to hit the “perfect week” while in covid lockdown. I’m positive it showed as 12/12 hours when I checked on Monday. Can anyone help? How do I fix it?
