Hi I got a text prompting me to update my Apple ID. The webs isn’t secure. Is this scam?

Is this a scam? Text message appears to be from Apple asking me to follow a link to renew my Apple ID which will expire today. Is this a scam?

It is a scam message.

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
