ATT.net (Yahoo) email will not update

Ever since updating my iPad and iPhone 6 to new iOS on November 1, I have not been able to update att.net email. If I go to webmail, it will update, for a couple hours. Then it stops until I log out of webmail and log back in. Using imap. Deleted accounts and added back already. What is happening? How do I get devices to update?

iPhone 6, iOS 12.1, Also iPads
