You can't bypass it, it wouldn't be a 'lock' if you could. You will have to find and contact the person whose account it's locked to, only he/she can potentially remove activation lock from it (Apple won't remove it from second-hand devices) : Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support . Or take it back to where you bought it from for a refund.
