Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store and have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options from there. If you are seeing condensation in the lens area, it is very possible there is water/condensation introduced into the phone itself, and could lead to it failing. Make sure you have a current backup made before you see Apple.
My iPhone 7 Plus camera lenses appear to have condensation in them and photos are smudged when I take them - have tried putting in rice over night to see if it can drag any water out, not sure what to do ???

Really nothing to do but have the phone completely replaced as that is water damage.
It will cost $319, without AppleCare+, or $99, with AppleCare+, to have the phone completely repaired.
