iPad X does not exist. There is either iPad Pro or iPhone X (S, S Max, R). Which model are you asking? If it's iPad Pro, they're available for pickup at Apple stores in the USA.

You mean: announced on Oct 30 and available today Nov 7. Yeah that's iPad Pro 11" and 12.9". If there's a nearby Apple store where you live, buy online and pick it up from the store.
