iTunesU course with students in a managed environment

I would like to use the Apple iTunesU course "Everyone Can Code-Swift Playgrounds 1&2" with students in a managed environment for a class. Is there a way to copy the course from another institution so that I can use it in ASM? I assume that the course instructor would have to grant that permission.
