Apple ID disabled even after I reset my password

My Apple ID is disabled even after resetting my password and I cannot download/update apps. When I try to update my payment information I get the message "Apple ID has been disabled, and cannot redeem codes." Please help ASAP!!

iPhone 6s, iOS 12.0.1

After resetting its password did you also do : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?


If you did, contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
