I see that you're unable to import a vCard to the Contacts application on your iPhone 6s. I'm happy to help.
iCloud: Import a contact into iCloud Contacts -- If you're the one who exported the contact, check the information of that contact to determine what may be wrong. Otherwise, you'll need to enter the contact information by hand.
