My right pod was louder than my left. My left was very quiet. Done the cleaning. No change. Checked the settings - balanced. No change. Made a Genius appointment and changed my left pod. Now the exact same problem but the left is loud and the right is quiet. No cleaning required. No settings to adjust. What's going on???!!

As I said, I have checked the 'balance' already. It is balanced, always has been. I had a telephone Genius the other day and she basically said to replace the right one now. I have a store Genius appointment to replace the right one now. Hopefully with my two new ones this problem will go away. I fully intend to use the balance feature to double check both pods are working properly which I didn't do last time because I was just ecstatic that my left one was working and didn't check the right was still working...
Make sure balance is in the middle- just had the same problem
