problem after updating to Mojave

My MacBook Air 13 keeps telling me it can't connect to iCloud after upgrading to OS Mojave 10.14.1

I am tech challenged & new to this site so please forgive me. Processor 1.4 GHz Intel Cor i5. I have no clue what all that means.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
