Why was I randomly charged $10.71 on top of my extra iCloud storage charge on .99?
I pay $0.99 a month for extra iCloud storage. I was randomly charged again for $10.71. Why?

If you see this charge on a statement from your financial statement, I'd recommend starting here: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support .
If you've received an email telling you that there's been a charge, it may be a phishing attempt, where the sender is trying to get personal or financial information from you. You can use Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support to help determine if an email is from Apple, and Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support will help protect you going forward.
