Question

iTunes not reading my iPod classic on windows 10 computer.

My iPod classic is not recognized by iTunes on windows 10 computer. It is recognized by my windows 10 computer but not on iTunes. Does anyone have a solution?

Try putting it in disk mode. Are you using the Windows Store version or the original iTunes64Setup.exe installer? The latter might work better for you.
