How do you add seconds to the time bar at the top of the screen on an iPhone?

I am trying to see the seconds every time I use my phone because I use seconds more than minutes. I got it to work on my mac but iOS doesn’t seem to have it. If there is an app that will at least show the seconds in the status icon bar or top bar that would be very helpful. Thank you so much!
