Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I am using the Mail app on both my Mac laptop and my iPhone 7. I have 2 email accounts going into them. After using on my Mac then later using my phone - one of the email accounts is not syncing. Have I missed something? Thanks.

OK, then the issue is understandable.
First of all, email is never synced by Apple’s sync process as other data is.
Secondly, POP email is basically device dependent. This is an archived article, but still quite pertinent here.

Well, you've omitted the most important piece of information - who is the email service provider?
And are you using POP accounts? They tend to behave that way, as each account's email is housed on the individual device you're using.

I've got an imap a/c which works fine (@gmail.com) and yes it's the POP a/c (@optusnet.com.au) that is not syncing.
