How do I delete any passwords for settinga or my apps application I can’t download any new applications.

Delete what passwords ? If you mean the Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions (Settings > General > Restrictions on iOS 11 and below) code you will either have to remember it, try restoring to a backup taken before you set the code, or reset the phone back to factory defaults.
