getting a white screen when searching safari

So since the new update yesterday just this morning I can’t view anything on safari

I understand you're unable to browse using Safari due to only getting a white screen. I'd be happy to provide information to help you out.

First, try restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Check to see if you're able to browse as normal after restarting. If not, try clearing Safari's history and cookies: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
