Create desktop icon for iTunes on Windows 10

Last night, I downloaded the new version of iTunes. Unfortunately, this caused the desktop icon shortcut to disappear. My usual way to solve this problem -- right click on iTunes in the start menu -- no longer has the "create shortcut" option, nor the "show in folder" option. How do I get back my desktop icon shortcut?

(Please note: I am NOT interested in pinning it to the taskbar; I only want a desktop icon shortcut.)

Presumably you have the Microsoft Store version. I found an iTunes.exe file by searching the whole computer, and a shortcut to it works, but has the wrong icon image. A search for that came up empty so you'd have to roll your own. The .exe can be found at C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\iTunes.exe. Alternatively uninstall the store version and reinstall the conventional one from https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.
