Can't install OTF Fonts on MacOS Mojave

I got some fonts from the App Store that are delivered in OTF format. Unfortunately, Font Book is not recognizing them and thus I cannot import them into the system. This would seem counter-intuitive, so I'm wondering if I have stumbled upon a technical issue.

Can someone advise?
