My grandsons are using iPhone 5s with no Sim cards. Can I create an Apple ID is for them at age 8 so they can use FaceTime and messages on the phones
Children under 13 cannot create Apple IDs on their own. You can however use Family Sharing to create Apple ID's for children under 13.
