Hi guys, can I replace a 7.6V 54.4Wh 7150mAh battery with one 14.8V 30Wh 2000mAh replacement battery? This is for my MacBook Air "Core i5" 1.6 13"(A1466 Mid-2012)?

I got this battery through a friend from China within the following specs 14.8V 30Wh 2000mAh replacement battery, company Lappy Power.

im using a 13” mid 2012 A1466 MacBook Air, 1.8 GHz Core i5 with macOS Mojave, version 10.14.1

Only if you want to kill your Macbook Air motherboard and its electronic circuits.

7.6 volts is not 14.8 volts. They have to either match or be substantially close.

Think of it as the difference between a garden hose and a fire hose that you need to connect to your house water spigot.

My external AC power adapter provides 14.85 volts into the MBA, but this voltage is regulated down to closer to that of the battery voltage needed.
