IPhone 6 plus no ring or notification sounds from speaker

hi just puchased new iphone 6 plus unlocked and having problems having sounds or notifications coming from speaker, i have added sounds to each of my options and they play on speaker as i addded them, my music works on speaker also, but when i get call or notification the phone only VIBRATES and no sounds. On my sound screen the only two options are Vibrate with Ring or vibrate with silent, i dont see any SILENT and anything that will prohibite sound. IM not on Do No Disturb. if i up or down the volumn key on side it move up and down on screen but still NO sound on speakers. Please help thanks
