Bad File Descriptor when trying to save

Could someone please help me, I am trying to save my iBook in iBook author however whenever i try and save or duplicate it says 'Can not save Bad File Descriptor'?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, 2 TBT3), iOS 12.1, iBooks Author
