150MB Limit

I am trying to download Hearthstone from the app store. It has an update over 150MB. How do I download it with out using wifi?

Also why is this even a thing? I mean I have been googling around and I see that you can change your date and time or something but why isn't this something easy? I thought Apple was suppose to have ease of use but I can't download an app over 150mb on cellular???? I mean this is 2018. People pay over 1000 dollars for a phone. Plenty of them will have unlimited data. I want to update my games when I am using my phone at a store or airport. And that would be when I am not no where near wifi. Also I do not like putting phones on my personal wifi at home since I am already drawing so much traffic and ip addresses through my modem I have to already reset it weekly. I think this is an out dated policy the app store has. Maybe its because it might lower traffic on their end and their servers are trash or something?? but I don't see any good reason this should still be around in 2018.

If that was the case, why can my android phone download over 150 with out a problem? I have worked with plenty of android phone with out this issue. I have done this with with two different networks and had the same results. If the cellular companies are to blame why do they only limit Apple devices? Why would this be happening on different networks?
