Can’t restart my watch

My watch say this “Too Many Passcode attempts Restart Apple Watch and pair again“ and I have tried everything and it wont work

No, it says Reset not Restart. That means erase and setup again. If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support

Force restart Apple watch 4 fails I am trying to force restart my Aplle watch 4. I do as instructed (press crown + button for minimum 10s and release on apple logo) and the watch starts up and halts on passcode screen. Correct passcode does not work. The watch is unpaired with phone. Is there another way to reboot the watch in order to re-pair ? rgds Jonas
