Apple TV 4K and LG simplink conflict

I have 2013 LG 55 TV and Apple TV 4K. Every time I turn off cable box and LGTV, Apple TV turns on itself. Because LGTV have simplink feature it sees the active HDMI and changes the input to AT4. This was also happening on my Apple TV third-generation in 2014. It was so frustrating that I returned it. It’s been 4 year and no solution. I need Apple TV now for HomeKit hub. Does anyone know if there is any solution other than turning off SIMPLINK. Works perfectly fine with SIMPLINK off. I use this feature chromecasting.

HDMI-CEC allows for HDMI connected devices to give instructions to each other. The instruction set on a 2013 TV may differ a bit from later devices, causing unwanted behavior in some circumstances. HDMI-CEC does not allow for fine-tuning for certain custom behavior: it is ‘on’ or it is ‘off’ for a device, nothing else.

If you rely on SimpLink on the TV for a certain feature, but could live without HDMI-CEC as far as the Apple TV is involved, then you could turn off the CEC feature on Apple TV only. Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Control TVs and Receivers﹥Off|On.

All those options were already off with SIMPLINK ON. ATV4 still turns on after cable box is turned off. Only way I found so far is to turn off all remote options in ATV4 and turn off simplink.

I understand that when HDMI is active LGTV will change input. One thing that does not make sense why cable box remotes are turning ATV4 on when I am turning cable box off.
