iphone 6 staying on black screen

i have my old iphone 6 and im trying to reset it to give it to my little sister and it just stays on a black screen after i charged it all night and put it in recovery mode and update and the screen is still black and shows nothing not even the dead screen please help???

If I'm understanding correctly, your iPhone 6 will not power on. I will be glad to help. You have already performed great steps to try and resolve this.

Since recovery mode and an update are not resolving this issue, the next best step is to set up service as recommend by this article : If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
