Recently I haven’t been able to update or download my apps because on the App Store it says verification needed and I have my payment set to none but it’s not working please help.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried adding a credit card but I still won’t work and I had contacted Apple but they thought I wanted to delete my Apple ID.
You are welcome. Have you tried iTunes Support? It sounds like there may be an account problem.
