Recently I haven’t been able to update or download my apps because on the App Store it says verification needed and I have my payment set to none but it’s not working please help.

If you add a payment method such as a credit card, will it work?
contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried adding a credit card but I still won’t work and I had contacted Apple but they thought I wanted to delete my Apple ID.
