Why do you believe your iOS device is infected with spyware? The sandboxed iOS architecture, whilst not completely imune from all vulnerabilities, is generally very robust in its ability to resist infection by malware.

You still haven’t given reason for you to suspect a malware infection of your iPad.


If the iPad has frozen, the best thing to do is complete a forced restart. Press and hold both the Power and Home buttons - continue holding both buttons until the Apple logo appears - then release. The iPad will restart.
