No ad blockers for Safari 12?

Hi,

I have been trying to find a decent ad blocker for Safari 12 (macOS Mojave). It seems there are only two options:

1. Ad blockers that don't block anything (like Adblock Plus)
2. Ad blockers that block even important content and behave unexpectedly (like uBlock Origin)

So basically we should use Safari 12 without any ad blockers?
