Updated billing information now I'm not able to pay for anything

I got a new card so I updated all of my information and now it's not allowing me to pay for anything

When changing or updating billing information this is normal.

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support


That's the payment authorization hold. It is temporary. Read more here.
