My MacBook that I bought two months ago has a cracked lcd screen yet apple still wants me to pay for it meanwhile I have video that shows me using it closing and nobody touches it until I used it again

Apple promises to repair or replace, at their option, any parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship for the warranty period.

Their position has always been that glass -- that manages to make it unbroken into your hands (after being shipped halfway across the world) -- does not break from inherent defects.
