I Just finished long discuss with Apple Support SG and known that, Apple have no agreement or NDA with their Authorize Service Center in Thailand and cannot control any quality or responsible (How this happen to apple and no warning to customer?). Seems If you accidentally bring apple products to all these service center, you have to bet with Luck. or Find an Official Apple Store in that country instead?

Apple typically audits and reviews Service Providers to ensure these high standards are consistently met. Eric ~ This Apple Channel Member Code of Conduct document has an email address at the end. I don't know whether you'll get a reply, but it could be worth a try. That document also includes this:
"Apple is committed to conducting business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations."

Authorized service centers are independent businesses with their own policies. Apple cannot control all independent business' policies; however, if there is a problem, I would get in touch with Apple corporate of go to an Apple store.
Hi Guys, my question clear by apple called me today.
Apple and Authorize Service said like this (From my call voice record)
"Battery replacement program not guarantee that a new battery may have effect or harm to your iPhone devices, if your devices damage from new battery it not cover from Apple responsibility."
And a great quote "iPhone is just an electronic devices anythings can happen even a new iPhone, just like a car you'll never know what happen when you driving them."

Wonder why they do a business by represent like an full Apple Inc. respond but truly can control nothing but no any warning or suggestion in T&C or Job report? Or its Apple's deliberately?
we are all other users here just like you - we do not work for Apple, so we do not know why or how Apple makes business decisions.
LoL, apple agents from Apple South Asia Pte Ltd Singapore called me didn't say like this. All they said was opposites. Thanks. May be a double standard here in Asia.
