how to update ipod mini ios 9.3.5 to 10.0
I want to update my iPad mini to ios 10 but it's stuck in iOS 9.3.5 and I tried updating from the settings but i didn't try updating using iTunes ?

If your iPad Mini is stuck on iOS 9.3.5, you own a 1st gen iPad Mini.
That model iPad Mini cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 9.3.5.
The internal hardware is too old and underpowered to handle any newer versions of iOS.
