iPhone XS crashing and restarting on logo screen. Please help!

My iPhone XS is having an issue of constantly restarting once on the Apple logo appears. Once the Apple logo appears it then just turns off for literally 2 seconds and automatically turns back on to the logo screen and off again and so on. The worse part is it keeps happening until the battery is drained And there’s no way to just stop it. I even tried hooking it up to my MacBook but it isn’t being picked up by iTunes. Please help me as I have so many family photos I don’t want to lose.
