Awards not showing in Activity App

I had this problem today. It should have shown earlier today (Mon) that I completed a perfect week but it didn't. I powered down my iPhone tonight (Mon) for a couple of minutes. When I booted back up again all the achievements registered/showed; 1) Perfect week (move) - 2) Perfect week (exercise) - 3) Perfect week (stand) - 4) Perfect Week (all rings) & 5) 7 Workout Week.

~ iPhone 8 iOS 12.1.2 - Apple Watch OS 5.1.2.

For me, the issue has been fixed in latest iOS upgrade (12.1.3) .

All awards received prior to this have been shown in the app. ✌️

I am on iOS 12.1.4 and WatchOS 5.1.3 and still had issues plus missing limited edition awards.

I have now been able to talk to Apple Support / Apple Engineering team and they have assured me the remaining award problems will finally be fixed in the next software update, presumably iOS12.2.

I am having the same problem, as well. Tried all the same troubleshooting you did.

Hi Ken I run about 150 miles or so a month and love to do the monthly challenges. This is what I’ve found out about third party apps even when you have them checked to share info, they will show up on your phone logging the miles or minutes you preformed the task but they will not count towards awards. Well let me rephrase that. They will count to filling in your rings but will not count towards an monthly challenge award. Yep kinda odd. I traded in my Apple 3 watch for a Nike 4 think ahah that would do it but no. I wish the Apple activity app for running would show mile markers too. It’s the only running app including all third parties that won’t show where your miles markers are.

I think the new update must be bad, my activity for the day didn’t even move and ive been moving since this morning and “standing” time shows just at 6, which is wrong.

Just updated my iPhone 8 Plus to 12.1 and watch 3 to 5.1.1 and still having the same problem not getting my awards in the phone activity app. Shut down several times and still nothing.

I’m having the same problem. I’m using an iPhone 6 and series 2 watch, and both have been updated to the most current iOS (12.1 and 5.1.1 respectively). I’ve been using Runtastic Pro on my watch because I like getting the GPX track and have logged 4 workouts each over 8 miles, but have not received the November award! And, yes Runtastic is sharing the info with the Apple Health App. I tried logging a short 20-minute workout with the default Apple workout app, and that one is the Only app that logged the 1 of 3 required for the November award. I have a feeling it might be a problem with the Apple Health app. Apple REALLY needs to fix the bug!

I have this same problem with my iPhone X. I've installed the latest software on both phone (iOS 12) and watch (v5.1.1) but awards sometimes appear days later. Before upgrading to iOS 12 & v.5, awards earned on the watch transferred over immediately. After updating (to iOS 12 and v5.1) they would transfer after turning on & off the phone. But after updating to (v5.1.1) they still don't always transfer across or I have to wait several days, irrespective of how many times I turn off and on my iPhone or apple watch. The November challenge transferred across immediately (on 30th Nov)(surprisingly) but the November perfect month award has only just transferred across today (4 days later). But the perfect week awards for 2 days ago still haven't transferred across.

THIS^^^ Thank you!! I had a perfect week (Mon-Sun) for all of my rings and the only award that showed up last night was "Perfect week for Stand." After reading this, I turned my iPhone and my Apple Watch off, waited a couple minutes, and booted both back up. When I opened the Activity app on my phone, ALL of the awards from yesterday/last week that I hadn't been given showed up and stated the correct date.
