Mac isn’t recognising wireless keyboard/mouse
I think I have touched something that has turned off wireless but I don’t know how to get it back on

This is why I still have a USB keyboard and mouse sitting on a shelf in my office. If your keyboard and/or mouse has replaceable batteries, replace them. If they don't, plug them in and recharge them. If that doesn't work now that you know they have power, restart your Mac (hold the power button for about 10 seconds to turn it off) and see if the Mac recognizes them now. If not, time to get a cheap USB mouse and keyboard. That will let you see if you really did turn off BlueTooth
Check BlueTooth preferences settings to be sure they are still paired.
I can’t access Bluetooth settings without the mouse or keyboard. I don’t have the cable variety.
