Can't see shared album
I created a shared album on my iOS phone, but I don't see it on Photos on my Mac. My other shared albums show up on both devices, why not this one?
MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

How long ago did you create this album? Sometimes it will take a day or two, before the shared album appears. When you share too many photos at once, iCloud will force you to wait - there are sharing limits: iCloud: My Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Sharing limits
It may be a corrupted cache in your user library.
You may want to try this fix too leach the caches, by jdhaack

Just in case, this worked for me
1. Close Photos
2. Go to System Preferences, iCloud, Photos and disable “My photo Stream” and “iCloud Photo Sharing”
3. Go to folder /Users/YourUser/Library/Containers/com.apple.cloudphotosd/Data/Library/Applicat ion Support/com.apple.cloudphotosd/services
4. Delete com.apple.photo.icloud.myphotostream and com.apple.photo.icloud.sharedstreams folders
5. Enable “My photo Stream” and “iCloud Photo Sharing” again.
6. Start Photos. After a while, the shared photos will start coming.
I made the album over 2 weeks ago, and it is well under all sharing limits. It works on my phone: I can view and add photos. Other members can also view and add photos from their phones. The only problem is I can't see the album on my computer, even though I am signed in to my Apple ID.
